Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all estimates, quotations and orders placed with Double 7 Design Limited. Receipt of acknowledgement of order by you, by email or in writing constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any quotation given is valid for only 30 days from the day quotation was given. If customer wish to go ahead with a quotation was given, must be notified and place order within 30 days from the day quotation was given. If quote is expired; customer need to request for a new quote. All quotations given are fully inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and delivery/courier charges.
Orders will be determined by any written correspondence (including email) from the client to Double 7 Design Limited.
Complete payment of invoices should be received within 7 days of the invoice date. These terms can be discussed prior to orders being placed but all payments are expected within a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoice issued. Some projects will require an up front payment prior to the work commencing, this will be discussed and outlined when a quotation is submitted.
All copyright of designs will remain the copyright of Double 7 Design Limited until payment is received in full for the project. Copyright will then transfer to the client.
We aim to deliver any items on the date/time stated on any correspondence. We cannot give delivery time guarantee or assure that the delivery will be made on as per our indicated date/time, as we have to rely on Third party delivery companies / couriers. We are not responsible for any product damaged between the transits from our factory to clients address. Once we hand over the goods to courier, any damage occur afterwards, we are not responsible. However as a responsible company we may able to help to sort out the issue between you and courier.
Artwork and Printing
We cannot be held responsible for errors in printing when artwork files/data have been supplied incorrectly. Files should be supplied as high resolution pdf format, a minimum of 300 dpi and all files converted to CMYK. Please create a 3 mm bleed on each side in addition to the trimmed size and add printers crop marks. Should you require colour matching, please send us a hard copy, we will do our best to match the colours, however, inspite of the most modern printing machines, there may be slight colour deviations. Please be aware that a colour on your screen or on your printout from an ink-jet printer will look different to the finished print product. If artwork has been created by Double 7 Design Ltd. we will take responsibility for any errors in printing.
Web Hosting and Domains
Domain registrations and web and email hosting packages are payable on a yearly basis. All packages are automatically renewed when the current package has expired. To change, transfer or allow a domain or hosting package to expire you must give Double 7 Design Ltd. written notice of one month before the date of renewal. Renewal date can be found on the invoice. Monthly packages are available upon request.
Double 7 Design Limited is fully committed to respecting the privacy of our customers, suppliers and visitors to our website. To be fully transparent, this privacy statement sets out the type of personal information we may collect and hold and how it may be used.
Any personal information given to us will be treated with care and will be processed lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1998 & 2003, and the General Data Protection Regulation May 2018 and the subsequent Data Protection Act. When you share your information with us, Double 7 Design Limited as the Data Controller is responsible for processing your data and keeping it secure. What would you like to know about?
We only collect personal information that you have sent us, directly. We will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. However, we may contact you with details of offers relevant to your business and to discuss previous orders. If you do not wish to be contacted, please email email@example.com. We will not pass your details onto any other company or organisation without your consent. You have the opportunity to opt in or out of communications as per data protection regulations and can get in touch for further information, via email, to change how you hear from us or to change how your information is held.We will never publicly share your information with any other customer, supplier or any third party without your consent. We have a duty of care to ensure that the information we hold on you is accurate.
Information held electronically is securely stored for as long as is necessary in line with data protection regulations before being archived or deleted as appropriate. Paper-based information is securely shredded after use. We do not monitor or record any incoming or outgoing phone calls.
At no point do we store credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, security codes or any other details relating to your banking accounts.
